Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding electronic contract between you ("User") and [PLACEHOLDER: Legal Entity Name], a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office at [PLACEHOLDER: Registered Address], India ("Cittrabha", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the platform at cittrabha.com (the "Platform"), you accept these Terms in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use the Platform.

2. The service

Cittrabha is an intermediary platform that connects independent home creators ("Creators") with consumers ("Customers") for the discovery and purchase of small-batch food drops. We are not the manufacturer, packer, or seller of the food items listed; the Creator is the seller of record and is responsible for the food they list, including compliance with the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 ("FSS Act") and the rules made thereunder.

3. Account & security

• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, complete information.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Creator obligations

Creators are solely responsible for the quality, hygiene, packaging, labelling, and lawful sale of the food items they list, and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing their home kitchen.

5. Orders, pricing & payments

All prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by third-party payment aggregators regulated by the Reserve Bank of India. Order confirmation is subject to Creator acceptance and inventory availability.

6. Cancellations & refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Delivery

Drops are prepared by the Creator and delivered by Cittrabha within the Creator's declared service radius. The Creator is responsible for food preparation and quality; Cittrabha is responsible for pickup and last-mile delivery within the stated window.

The estimated delivery window shown on a drop is indicative and is not a guaranteed delivery time. If the Creator is unable to deliver an accepted order, it will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued in line with our Refund & Cancellation Policy. 8. Prohibited conduct

• Posting unlawful, misleading, or infringing content.
• Attempting to bypass platform fees or solicit off-platform sales.
• Uploading content that violates Rule 3(1)(b) of the IT Rules, 2021.

9. Intermediary status & limitation of liability

Cittrabha is an "intermediary" within the meaning of Section 2(1)(w) of the IT Act, 2000 and claims safe harbour under Section 79. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the order that gave rise to the claim.

11. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, all disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [PLACEHOLDER: Jurisdiction City].

12. Changes

We may amend these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
