Shipping & Delivery Policy

Because we deliver freshly prepared, perishable food, all orders are fulfilled through local, time-windowed delivery. This policy explains where, when, and how orders are delivered.

1. Service area

Cittrabha currently delivers within selected pin codes in [PLACEHOLDER: City / Cities]. Serviceability is determined by your delivery address on the cart screen. Orders cannot be placed for addresses outside the serviceable area.

2. Delivery windows

Each drop is associated with a specific delivery window chosen by the Creator (for example, "Saturday 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM"). You will see the applicable window before checkout. We do not offer instant or on-demand delivery.

3. Who delivers your order

Orders are delivered by Cittrabha's delivery network within the Creator's declared service radius. The Creator is responsible for preparing the food; Cittrabha is responsible for pickup and last-mile delivery to your address.

4. Charges

  • Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before payment.
  • Charges may vary based on distance, weight, and demand.
  • Applicable GST is included where shown.

5. Tracking

Order status updates (accepted, preparing, out for delivery, delivered) are visible on the order details page and, where supported, via SMS or email.

6. Failed delivery

If a delivery fails because the address was inaccurate, the recipient was unavailable, or contact details were incorrect, the order is treated as delivered and is not eligible for a refund. Our delivery partner will make reasonable efforts to contact you before marking the order failed.

7. Force majeure

Delivery may be delayed or cancelled due to events outside our reasonable control — including weather, traffic restrictions, civic disruptions, or government orders. In such cases we will issue a refund in line with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
